Gee June Bridal, at her roots, began as an heirloom business. Our first eight years we specialized in making custom pieces, as commissioned by a Bride, from new and old fabrics and materials. …Walking like we have 10,000 years of ancestry and seven years of sin on our backs; Creating to honor the past, and sewing to pay our penance forward-into the future; Grace June was born as a custom collection with each piece being made only once.

The Grace June collection has taken us 9 years to create as we searched for the ultimate in authenticity. Vintage and antique pieces of clothing and fabrics; Locally sourced silks, cottons, and linens; Found embellishments and details are what personify this collection.

Kitchen table couture: Our intention with Grace June is to meld the past, present, and future into creating gowns whose design is founded in ‘Something Old, Something New, Something Borrowed, Something Blue, and a Penny in Your Shoe.’

Old Fabrics, new fabrics, silhouettes and details borrowed from the past; Designs that exude peace and serenity as our ‘something blue,'* and a good luck charm hidden in a seam as our interpretation of a ‘Penny in Your Shoe’* are what deems a Grace June piece as complete.

Pieces made for our in-house heritage collection may not be replicated or made exactly as a made-to-measure sample. Each piece in this collection is guaranteed only once as the fabrics and materials in their main design are in limited supply.

Investment: The Grace June Collection begins at $2200, USD

*Blue is the world’s favorite color, quite literally because the Sky has never fallen. In this, Blue, we find peace and comfort. When asked ‘Who reminds you of the color Blue,’ your answer is telling as to who, in your life is your comfort and brings you peace.

*Historically, a ‘Penny in your Shoe,’ on your wedding day was meant to bring the marriage couple wealth and prosperity.
