Real Bride: Kayla

For Real Bride Kayla we customized her Allure Bridal dress by shaping the seams in the hip, thigh, and backside of her fit-n-flare gown!  We accentuated the shape of her gown's skirt by making a crinoline petticoat with 75 yards of tulle!  In the end we changed her gown from a fit-n-flare to a trumpet silhouette!

In addition to customizing Kayla's gown we made a Blush Blusher and Bridal Belt out of vintage blush tulle, dimensional silk flowers, bobbin lace, hand beading, and lace from her mom's wedding gown!

Twenty five yards of tulle in Kayla's custom petticoat was designed to be removed.  We reported to the Ithaca Boat House, where Kayla's Bridesmaid Suite was and helped dress her for the wedding. Below we are smoothing her removable tier of crinoline!

Whitney Nichols was Kayla's Photographer.  We were so happy to celebrate our first wedding with Whitney Nichols Photography! Below is one of the best 'sneak peeks' we have ever received from a wedding!

We assisted Whitney in Kayla and her Grooms couple's pictures! Right before we finished her couple's pictures, the sky changed, thunder rolled, and a downpour arrived.  We stood with Kayla, outside, under Silver Queen Farm's eaves in Trumansburg, NY helping to keep our bride dry before being announced at her reception!
