This weekend marked the 5 year anniversary of Real Bride Michelle's wedding to her hubby Adam!  In 2011, Gee June was just coming out of it's initial planning stages and Michelle was our first Bride under the Gee June dba (we thought it was a big deal) to have work done!

For Michelle, we made the Flower Girl dress, Bridesmaid dresses, some adornments, and the Veil.

Michelle's Bridesmaid dresses' were made out of Italian Silk Jersey in c/Dusty Lilac and a Polyester Jersey in c/Purple Plum.  The flower girl dress was made out of Polyester Duchess Satin and tulle.

Michelle's veil was fun in that we slipped gathered layers of purple tulle underneath white tulle with sparkles to give her some funk along with a Princess tiara and her black shades and flip flops!

Michelle and Adam were married at Michelle's mom's house in the country.  In their backyard was a Farmer's field with hay bails.  This image helped 'define' Gee June for a bit in that Bride's having country weddings reached out to us to have Dusty Lilac and Purple Italian Jersey dresses made for three years!

The flower girl adornment's were made from scraps of fabric not used in Michelle's veil!

During a wedding it's always fun to be part of someone's best day.  The below picture, captured by Photographer Justin Zoll was one of our favorite moments.   Amy, a Bridesmaid, had to adjust Michelle's garter.  It was so hot that her garter was slipping down her leg and Amy was the only one willing to get under all the layers of her dress on a 90 degree, humid day.  This picture capture's the spirit of Michelle's wedding!
